IIW is the data warehouse and contains historical data.

UIS is the operational data store and is refreshed on a daily schedule.

Org Map sends data to IIW. Org Map data is replicated in UIS.


(1) Analyst Units include individuals in Colleges and Administrative Units such as Provost, Enrollment Management, and Human Resources. Some Deans and Administrators are both providers and consumers.

(2) Off Campus organizations are both providers and consumers. UofA data may be required by law.
